How to get your purchase:
I live and make my pottery in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. If you live nearby you can contact me to arrange pick up of your order. If you live farther away, I will be happy to send your order by Canada Post or arrange shipping with another carrier for you.
Local Pickup:
email April.Sheehan.Ceramics@shaw.ca or phone me, April Sheehan, at 250-542-1532 to make arrangements.
If you are uncomfortable paying online you are very welcome to make your payment in person by cash or cheque, or by interac e-transfer when you pick up your item(s).
Canada Post or Other Carrier:
If you would like your items mailed or shipped, please contact me regarding your wishes before you place your order so I can calculate the costs for you before you make your online payment. *Shipping information & details
Policies:
Great Communication is always the best policy. So please don’t hesitate to contact me with your questions and concerns. If you’re not happy, neither am I.
Changing or Cancelling Orders:

Please note, some orders are shipped the day they placed so it may not always be possible to cancel.
Refunds or Exchanges:
If the item arrives and is not as described in the item description or you simply would like to return it, you may return it for a full refund (not including shipping charges) or exchange it for something else within 20 days. Please contact me to work out the details of all exchanges. I’ll work with you to make your purchase a rewarding experience.
In the case of all returns you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please return in original package as to keep the pottery protected. Please purchase insurance for returns. Your money for the pottery item(s) will be refunded once the piece(s) safely arrive(s).
Pricing Errors?
Once in a while it happens. When and if it does happen I’ll do everything I can to make it right. Your satisfaction is my biggest goal.
