Shipping Information

If you would like your items delivered, please contact me regarding your wishes before you place your order so I can calculate the costs before you make your payment.

In Canada:
Orders going to a street address in Canada are shipped by UPS and orders going to a P.O. Box in Canada  by Canada Post.  Contact me if you have another preference for shipping and I’ll do my best to make those arrangements and provide you with a quote before shipping your order.

U.S.A. and other International Locations:
In addition to all Canadian Provinces and Territories,  arrangements can be made to ship just about anywhere on the globe. Any customs or duties charges are your responsibility. Shipping is through Canada Post expedited for shipments to the USA, which in turn will go through USPS. Delivery time should be 7 to 10 days from shipping day depending on Customs. For other international orders the cart will automatically reserve your pieces, then the most economical way to ship your order to you will be found and finalized with you before shipping.

Shipping Times:
Shipments in Canada generally arrive at their destination within 4-7 business days from the date shipped. Please allow additional time for international shipments.

Expedited shipping:
Give me a call and we’ll look at the options.

Shipping to a different address than the billing address:
Note the change in the billing and shipping portion of your checkout process. Call or email me with any questions or  further directions regarding the shipment you may have.

Gift Giving:
Upon request the order can be shipped directly to a gift recipient. If you wish, a greeting card will also be included with the shipment; please use the “Notes to” area of the order form to let me know if you’d like a card sent with the shipment and what you would like written on it. Be sure to let me know if you do not want the invoice to be included with the shipment.

Returned Shipments: All packages returned for failure by the shipping authorities will result in delays. Added costs associated with re-shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost Shipments: Please contact me as soon as possible to work out suitable arrangements.

Damaged Shipments*:
Please check all the packages upon delivery. If by chance a shipment arrives damaged please let me know immediately (within 3 days of receipt): April.Sheehan.Ceramics@shaw.ca and/or April Sheehan (250)542.1532. I’ll need to see photo documentation of the damage along with the box it arrived in.
*Note:  Special care is taken to ensure the contents of every package will arrive at its destination safely. My packing method is detailed oriented and although it requires more costly materials it is well worth the success it achieves.
